4. GOOGLE reCAPTCHA

We use the reCAPTCHA service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google") on our website. The function serves to distinguish between input by a human or abusive automated, machine processing. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and used there. When paying via credit card or TWINT – if offered – we transfer your payment data to SIX Payment Services AG Hardturmstrasse 201, 8021 Zurich (hereinafter "SIX"), as part of payment processing. The transfer takes place in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and only insofar as this is necessary for payment processing.

SIX reserves the right to carry out a credit check for credit card or TWINT payment methods.
